The eco-sensitive coral reefs near the beach mean that no motorised sport is available at the resort, but the snorkelling is excellent, and a host of land and non-motorised sport are sure to keep guests entertained. The resort offers three pools, a kids club, darts, water polo, pedal boats, stand up paddle boarding, beach volleyball, tennis, kayaks, table tennis, an air-conditioned fitness room, and an on-site spa. A plethora of marine experiences are available in nearby Grand Baie and here guests will be able to indulge in activities such as ocean floor walks, submarine excursions, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, catamaran cruises or boat trips to the islands north of Mauritius.
The resort has two restaurants and two bars on site. These are divided into family and adults-only options. Families can enjoy an impressive panorama of the lagoon at Senses restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This buffet-style restaurant offers traditional Mauritian fare alongside classic international dishes. Footloose bar is the ideal place to shelter from the mid-day sun en enjoy divine cocktails mixed on demand as well as lively bands every evening. Sandy Lane restaurant is a chic grill house serving up fresh seafood, barbeque and signature dishes located in the adults-only section of the resort. Here couples can also relax by the pool as they enjoy a cocktail as the adults-only Sandy Lane Bar.
Four room types are on offer at the resort. Comfort rooms are the most affordable and look out over the pool or gardens. Superior rooms offer added space and also come with a furnished terrace or balcony. Family rooms offers a separate sleeping area for children, and Privilege rooms are located in the adults-only Sandy Lane wing of the hotel with direct access to the adults-only pool and restaurant.
